That depends on the holley hi-ram you have. Do you have the one with the LS bolt pattern that this will not fit or the Hi-ram with the dual Hemi bolt pattern? The dual Hemi bolt pattern should work with the adapter as it goes from the 5-bolt Demon 170 to the Hellcat 4-bolt pattern.
