These say "Drop-In" lifters, does the stock pushrods work with these lifters?

These lifters say "Drop-In" but then down in the notes it states that these lifters will typically require different pushrods lengths than stock so what pushrods do you recommend for a stock 5.7 liter with stock cam and heads?
