Yes, this fits into the block and the filter attaches direct to this. If this is a change in thread versus your previous fitting you will need to change to the HP-2010 filter from K&N or similar.
Have a 2015 6.4L that I’m putting in a 2014 ram 1500. Motor didn’t come with oil filter adapter would this fit? MOPAR 04892338AC Oil Filter Adapter for 08-23 5.7L, 08-10 6.1L & 15-24 RAM 2500/3500 6.4L HEMI
2015 6.4L out of a challenger putting in a 14 ram instead of 5.7L need oil filter adapter. This says fits truck 6.4s what about car 6.4s?
