The manufacturer, Comp, does not currently list that a torque converter is required with this camshaft.
Does this cam still need a stall converter for this particular cam? Paired with an HP70… COMP Cams 201-305-17 Stage 3 HRT 224/234 Camshaft for 09-24 5.7L VVT HEMI
