Do I have to buy anything else with this cam in order for it to run safely?
HHP Racing Stage 1 260 Camshaft for 05-08 5.7L HEMI MDS
So can I just buy the camshaft and slap it in or do I need to buy valves or a tune or something?

All of our Stage 1 cams are designed to work without the need for computer tuning. Installation of this cam in a 5.7 requires 6.1 Push Rods or milling of the heads .030 due to the differences in the base circle of CompCams core.
