You actually cannot successfully install any smaller pulley on your Hellcat without also tuning it. You can try a 3.17 Litens but the high risk of full throttle issues exists unless you have the vehicle tuned since the engine's catalytic converter protection programming will trip and cause the engine to run extremely rich to the point that substantial horsepower losses are seen instead of any gains.
