Good question. We have customers asking to upgrade their injectors all of the time but many times these are not necessary improvements and if too large or too small of an injector is selected you can see a drop in power. Changing injectors requires a complete retune so if the upgrade in not necessary you will technically be wasting a considerable amount of money. We typically try not to go over 75% to 80% injector duty cycle at full throttle and once we hit 85% duty cycle then the vehicle needs larger fuel injectors. If you are still at 75% duty cycle then there is no need to go with a larger injector. You will need to let us know what injector duty cycle you are running or how much power you are making and on what fuel for us to give you a general recommendation.
