With stock stall speeds over 2000rpm on almost every HEMI vehicle we have never seen a camshaft in a HEMI actually require a higher stall speed in order to run well. While a higher stall torque converter will compliment most camshaft installs such as this Comp kit, they would not be considered necessary.
