Is the Karma TCM a standalone unit that does not need the factory ECM to operate the tranny?
DISCONTINUED Karma Racing Products NAG1 TCM for 05-10 Challenger, Charger, Magnum, Grand Cheroke & 300 SRT8 6.1L HEMI
I Have a 2007 Dodge Magnum R/T with the 5.7L Hemi, I am replacing the factory EFI with 2 carburetors on a 6-71 blower, The engine runs fine, I have bypassed the factory ECM with MSD's 6 Hemi ignition which uses the crank, cam and Map sensors, now the Factory ECM puts the transmission into limp mode, so i am looking for a TCM that does NOT use data from the factory ECM.

TCM modules will indeed require communication with an OEM PCM to function correctly.
